Generally, the place was nicely appointed and had extremely helpful and attentive staff with a special request. Double room was with central heating, a work desk and a flat screen cable TV. The beds were comfy and the view over the lake was stunning. That hotel was in a nice location, to popular hiking trails. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Lugano.

Staying in this hotel was quite nice, especially with two young kids. The location allowed us easy access to the lakefront and vibrant local markets. We received a complimentary bus ticket.

In my wife's opinion, the pillows were too soft.

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room that was clean and cozy. The AC worked like a charm during the hot days. Enjoyed relaxing in the nice garden area and the comfy lounge space when we weren't out exploring. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow during peak times, but it didn't put a damper on our vacation! 😊

friendly staff

convenient location

The staff were super cute and even offered tea at check-out. My room had a large balcony with a lovely street view. Plus, it's just a short walk to the lakeside and ferry station, really convenient. The wifi and air conditioning were great too!

The staff were friendly, providing helpful suggestions on local attractions. We appreciated having two bus lines just a block away and a short five-minute walk to the lakefront boat dock for various cruises.

The staff was very polite. The accommodation was nicely appointed and exceptionally clean. The rooms with balcony, 2 beds, and bathroom, for example, were spacious. The hotel had a marvelous location next door to the Canton, a train station, the funicular going to San Salvatore, and a bakery nearby.
